Patterns
The arrangement, not the parts. Two screens can use every component correctly and still look like different products.
Five gaps, and each one means something. 40px between blocks on a scrolling page, 24 on a viewport page, 16 inside a section, 12 between a toolbar and the table it belongs to, 8 between controls in a row. If you want a value between them, the real question is whether two things are one group or two.
DashboardThe canonical composition: Screen, PageHeader, a titled section of tiles, a data section with its toolbar, and the table in a Panel. Every gap in it is measured.Admin · per-row writesOptimistic role changes, the root-admin badge that is a statement rather than a disabled control, and a refusal written as a sentence.Admin · draft and publishDraft over published, the effect beside every input, Discard and Publish, and failure as a sentence on the screen.
Each one is a real screen, rendered from the file the registry installs — not a screenshot and not a copy.
